About Our Family

Scardina Law was started by a brother and sister attorney team, Autumn and Todd Scardina.

Why did we decide to start a law practice together? The answer is simple:

We see our practice as an opportunity to reach people who are dealing with difficult life circumstances — and guide them to a brighter future.

We truly care about families. We truly care about our clients, and we think that you will immediately recognize that when you meet us.

Autumn Scardina has been practicing law for more than a decade. She began her legal career in 2004 after graduating in the top 25 percent of her class. Her path initially took her through complex civil litigation before she became an assistant county attorney for Adams County, where she represented the Human Services Department and handled a variety of juvenile and family law matters. Her wealth of experience now benefits the families she serves in Denver and throughout the surrounding parts of Colorado.

Todd Scardina has been practicing law since 2008. In the early stages of his career, he handled a wide variety of civil litigation, representing clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He quickly excelled as an advocate, displaying a unique ability to balance compassion and professionalism with tough, honest and zealous advocacy, which he now uses for the benefit of divorce and family law clients, among others.

Sean Cumberlege is the newest addition to Scardina Law. He has been in practice since 2009. Like Autumn and Todd, he comes to the practice with extensive civil litigation experience. The breadth of his experience as an advocate extends to personal injury claims, insurance disputes, construction defects, business disputes, employment disputes and beyond.
